President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has appointed a lawyer and public analyst, Daniel Bwala, as his Special Adviser, Media and Public Communications (State House), and other three persons for other vacant offices.
Since the sack of Ajuri Ngelale in early September, this year as Tinubu’s SSA Media and Public Communication, Bayo Onanuga, one of the residency spokespersons has been discharging the responsibility of that office.
Others appointed are a renowned marketing communication professional, Dr. Abisoye Fagade, as Director-General of the National Institute for Hospitality and Tourism.
Fagade, founder and managing director of Sodium Brand Solutions, brings his expertise to the forefront, poised to elevate the nation’s hospitality and tourism sector. His appointment is seen as a strategic move to bolster the industry’s growth and development.
Also, Olawale Olopade a seasoned sports administrator, who served as Commissioner for Youth and Sports in Ogun State and chaired the Local Organising Committee for the 2024 National Sports Festival was appointed as the Director-General of the National Sports Commission.
Finally, Dr. Adebowale Adedokun, a former Director of Research, Training, and Strategic Planning of the Bureau of Public Procurement has been appointed as the DG of the government parastatal.
