Senator Oluremi Tinubu, the wife of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, will today commissioned two flyovers constructed by the administration of Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq of Kwara State named after the Emir of Ilorin, Dr Ibrahim Kolapo Sulu-Gambari and the late Gen. Tunde Idiagbon.
The two flyovers were constructed at strategic areas within Ilorin, the capital of Kwara is expected to ease the free-flow of traffic significantly and the economy of the state.
On getting to Ilorin yesterday on a three-day visit, she headed to Kwara State University of Education, where she inaugurated the ICT Community Centre, built by the NITDA in collaboration with the Renewed Hope Initiative (RHI), her foundation.
The First Lady also commissioned an ultra-modern Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and Dr. Amuda Aluko Ward constructed by Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq.
Aside from the two flyovers the First Lady will commission during this period, she will also be taken on a tour of a few other iconic projects of Governor AbdulRazaq-led administration, such as the Innovation Hub, Visual Arts Centre, Sugar Factory Film Studio and the Garment Factory.
