The University of Ibadan (UI) has revealed that 8,050 admission seekers into its sixteen Faculties are expected to participate in the Post-UTME examination slated to hold between Monday, February 20 and 21, 2023.
The undergraduate programme applicants are for the 2022/2023 academic session and they are expected to resume in August, this year.
Out of the 8,050 admission seekers in the nation’s Premier University, the institution will admit about 4,000, who pass the computer-based examination which is ongoing at the institution’s Distance Learning Centre (DLC), located at Ajibode Area of Ibadan.
A statement from the institution affirms that today’s examinations were for students in the Humanities, adding that students in the Sciences would be examined tomorrow.
It states, “There were 3 shifts of examinations today, while 4 shifts will be held tomorrow. About 1200 students were examined during each shift.”
