The Management of University of Ibadan (UI), has described the former Chairman, All Progressive Congress (APC), John Odigie Oyegun as “an epitome of honesty, wisdom and high integrity”.
Odigie-Oyegun is the current Pro-Chancellor and Chairman of Council of the Premier University.
Olubunmi O. Faluyi, the institution’s Registrar and Secretary to Council, made this known in a message to congratulate the astute politician at 82.
In the statement, the institution said, “You have been leading the Council with great passion and dedication for the sustained growth and development of the University of Ibadan, your Alma Mater”.
