Despite the ongoing First Semester Examination in the University of Ibadan (UI), the management of the nation’s Premier University has announced that the second semester of the 2020/2021 session commences on Monday July 26, 2021.
While the first semester’s examination is expected to finish in August, lectures for the second semester starts on Monday 26 July, 2021.
According to the institution’s authority, the resumption is in line with the approved 2020/21 academic calendar.
The students are expected to be physical on campus for the second semester which will last for 13 weeks, between Monday July 26 to Friday October 22, 2021.
The second semester examination, which will commence with GES on Monday October 25 will finish on Friday November 26.
According to the institution’s calendar approved by the Senate, 2021/2022 academic session commences on January 3, 2022.
