The Governing Council of the University of Ibadan (UI) today held a special meeting and approved the process of the appointment of the 13th Vice Chancellor of the University.
The meeting was held through the zoom video conferencing.
Specifically, the Governing Council approved the advertisement to be placed in three national dailies, calling for those who are interested in the position of the institution’s Vice Chancellor to apply. The Council also approved the schedule of activities regarding the appointment.
According to the information gathered, the advertisement would be published tomorrow in the institution’s bulletin and afterward, published in at least three newspapers.
