The 69-year-old ailing Nollywood actor, Victor Olaotan has been confirmed dead after a brief illness.
The fatal accident Olaotan was involved in 2016 around Apple Junction, Festac, Lagos, Nigeria on way to a movie, which confined him on his bed for five years culminated into his death.
Olaotan was admitted in Turkish hospital for three years, after which he was discharged because he could not fund the medical bill any longer.
His role as Fred Ade-Williams in the popular TV series, Tinsel, brought him to limelight.
His widow, Julia Olaotan, who broke the news said, “He has tried. It is not easy to be trapped in your own body for five years. He can finally rest now”.
