Men of the Rivers State Police Command have arrested a shoemaker, Anthony Ndubusi, who specialises in kidnapping and killing innocent people and throwing their corpses in a soak-away in his compound in Etche Area of Port Harcourt.
It was gathered that the suspect, a native of Ngo-Kpala, Imo State was arrested by the operative of the Anti-kidnapping unit of the Command.
Ndubusi admitted that since February this year, he has abducted and killed four victims pointing out that he killed by attacking his victims and strangling them to death.
