Some men of the Nigeria Army have rolled out the drums to celebrate the exit of the immediate past former Chief of Army Staff of Nigeria, Lieutenant General Tukur Yusuf Buratai.
In a viral video clip, the soldiers, who occupied the road were seen dancing and shooting intermittently shooting firearm into the air in celebration.
It will be recalled that for the past few years, Nigerians have been clamouring for the sack of Buratai and other service chiefs, which are, the Chief of Defence Staff, General Abayomi Olonisakin; Chief of Naval Staff, Vice Admiral Ibok Ekwe Ibas; and Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal Sadique Abubakar.
The service chiefs were resigned this week and they were immediately replaced.
The new service chiefs are Leo Irabor, Chief of Defence Staff, I. Attahiru, Chief of Army Staff, A.Z. Gambo, Chief of Naval Staff, and I.O. Amao, Chief of Air Force.
