Oyo State Governor, Engr Seyi Makinde, today, declared interest in contesting for second term in office in the forthcoming governorship election scheduled to hold in 2023.
Makinde, who revealed this on his verified Twitter account and Facebook page, said that he is ready to serve another term if the state residents give him the opportunity to do.
His words, “In my newsletter today, I announced that I have picked up the Expression of Interest and Nomination forms for a second term as the elected Governor of the good people of Oyo State. If the good people of Oyo State desire it, we will serve for four more years.”
